Seahorse Dumaguete 18x20

Seahorse Dumaguete 18x20

$370 at 18x20. The thorny seahorse lives in the Asian Pacific, which is lousy with aquarium collectors, but they won’t get this one near Dumaguete. Aquarium collecting is illegal there, and those in reef tourism will guard against poachers.
Hawaii, on the other hand, is a grab-ass free for all, because the Director of Natural Resources IS an aquarium collector, representing the best interests of the trade and not the people or reefs of Hawaii. All 3 Hawaiian seahorse species are all listed on CITES APPENDIX 2 as "vulnerable to extinction," but the Hawaii Natural Resources Director will not recognize federal protection guidelines for seahorses, because the State has conducted no assessment. We are working for change.
