It's very similar to a bluering & may be a bluering, but I don't think it is, because the blue rings are still vaguely visible on the bluering, even when the blue ring is not pissed off, I think. The skin tabs as well are not clearly visible on the bluering, though this shot is especially close and clear. And sweet.
